How do benefits work?
Each offer is its own record with value, conditions, dates, branches and a usage limit. The member shows their ID or short code, and staff log the redemption.
Does registering mean approval?
No. Registering creates the application and sends the contract automatically, but nothing is published before both parties sign, the offer is reviewed and publishing is approved.
Who honors the offer?
The partner honors approved offers as published. Benefits can change and are not a guaranteed monetary value.
Can an offer be changed or cancelled?
Any change to discount, branches or duration is reviewed before publishing with full history. Offers and contracts expire automatically; the contract can be ended with written notice.
What does joining cost?
Core partners join free in exchange for benefits they offer. Paid sponsorship/visibility packages (Sponsor) are available under a different contract.
